Technology is evolving everyday; therefore,  they must have the ability to grasp new things more quickly or equivalently as compared to their students.                    On Oct 19 to 27 a colorful and memorable arts fest was organised in our college.The name of the fest was 'UTSAV'. This was held in the college auditorium. There was a colorful welcome followed by lighting of lamp. It was accompanied by a Swaraswati Vandana, hailing the goddess of knowledge and wisdom. The principal inaugurate  the function. We conducted many programs like singing, dancing, poetry recitation, skits, mime, mono acts, classical dance etc.

As a part of study tour we the students of JBMCTE started our journey with a warm prayer on 13 th october at 6.30 a.m.Our first destination was wonderla in Eranakulam.We spent the whole day in wonderla with lots of fun.From there we started our journey to ooty.The whole night was in the bus.The next day we reached cornoor at 3a.m and we had freshup in a hotel. Then at 6.30 a.m we went to nearby railway station at cornoor.Then we moved to Donddapetta hill station which is the highest mountain in the Nilgiri hills.Then went to the tea factory. We saw the preparation process of tea.After that we moved to the lake park abd we made shopping there. We reached the college after two days of tour at 6a.m on 15th october. It was a nice experience for all of us.

                            The Union Inauguration was conducted on 3rd October 2017. In this occasion, the new elected candidates have taken the pledge.
